We are loading up the van and waiting on the students to arrive at the El Oasis house with bags packed and ready to go on a retreat to El Tabo.  This is one of the two big retreats we do each year in the ministry, and so we are looking forward to it with much excitement.   A pastor from a church nearby will be speaking to us throughout the weekend and challenging us with his message.  We will have time for small group conversations, devotions, praise, games, bonfire, and baptisms throughout the weekend.   These retreats are great for students to get out of the city, out of the normal day to day activities, and reflect and grow.  Please be in prayer for us this weekend:

• For safe trip and smooth logistics
• For new people to feel a part of the community
• For those that will be baptized to be able to mark this weekend as a big change in their lives
• For the message of the speaker to impact us and move us spiritually

We are so excited about the students that have come to us with the desire to get baptized in the past weeks.  We have been able to study the Bible with them in preparation for this weekend and thank God for their decisions.
